Weigh, ticket, and log every load in and out, and keep the paperwork straight
Walk the site and inspect pumps, tanks, and facility equipment, and report anything that looks wrong
Handle basic maintenance and repairs with hand and power tools
Keep the work area clean and safe, and take part in safety meetings and hazard assessments

Running the facility to its Standard Operating Procedures and balancing the plant

Why People Take This Job

You start on the gate and on the ground, and as you prove out you take on the permits, the plant balancing, and the compliance side, until it is your facility to run. The rotation is a real 14 and 14 at home in Fort McMurray, so no camp, no flights, and no room to pay for on your days off.

$30.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience and how fast you pick it up
Training provided on site, with no landfill or oilfield background required to start
Overtime available based on operational requirements
