Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Electrician to join our Valued Clients team in Grande Prairie, AB. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in industrial and construction environments.
Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other trades to complete project requirements on time.
Qualifications:
Journeyperson Electrician certification or Registered Apprentice.
Valid CSTS-2020 and WHMIS certification.
Experience working in oil and gas or industrial construction settings.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in module fabrication and plant installation.
Strong troubleshooting skills with various types of electrical systems.
Local candidates preferred—no LOA is provided for this project.
Work Environment:
Field-based work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Exposure to active construction sites and electrical systems.
Must follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE.
