Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Inventory Controller to join our Valued Clients team at a project site in Marathon, ON. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.

  • Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are verified and documented correctly.

  • Liaise with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to reconcile discrepancies.

  • Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock status.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

  • Proficient with inventory management systems and MS Excel.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.

  • Certification in inventory control or materials management.

  • Familiarity with mining project logistics.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial work site with warehouse and outdoor yard responsibilities.

  • May require the use of forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided).

  • PPE required.
