Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Finishing Skid Steer Operator to join our Valued Clients team on residential housing projects within Calgary. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Bobcat-style 463/S70 skid steer with foot controls

  • Perform precise grading and loaming between residential homes with narrow clearances

  • Read and interpret grading plans accurately

  • Maintain grading precision to a tolerance of 2.5 cm (+/-)

  • Support landscaping activities as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating Bobcat-style 463/S70 or equivalent compact skid steer (36” width) with foot controls

  • Proven ability to perform work in tight spaces (clearance less than 6” on each side)

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience fine grading and loaming in residential settings

  • Landscaping experience

  • Ability to read and interpret grading plans with precision

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor residential construction environment

  • Requires high attention to detail and spatial awareness while operating compact equipment in tight spaces
