Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Heavy Equipment Operator – Dozer Operator to join our valued client’s team at a plant site in Lloydminster. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to safety, teamwork, and excellence in operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate dozers safely and efficiently in a plant site environment.
Follow site-specific safety protocols and maintain clean-shaven requirements for respirator use.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and effective operations.
Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential hazards.
Perform pre-operational checks and minor maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications:
CSTS 2020 certification.
H2S Alive.
Standard First Aid certification.
Ground Disturbance certification (if operating).
Ability to work 12-hour shifts safely and consistently.
Strong situational awareness and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator in an industrial or plant site setting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Work Environment:
This role is based at a plant site in Lloydminster, requiring adherence to strict safety standards and PPE requirements. Operators must be clean-shaven for respirator use and prepared for long shifts in a collaborative, safety-driven work environment. Accommodations are available for non-local candidates.
