Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Swamper to support service rig operations in the Grande Prairie area. This role is suited to an individual who is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of supporting rig crews in demanding oilfield environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist service rig crew with daily well servicing operations
Handle tools, equipment, and materials as directed by rig supervision
Support rig-up and rig-down activities
Maintain a clean and safe work area on site
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and client requirements
Qualifications:
Previous oilfield or service rig experience preferred
Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices
Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
Ability to work long shifts in a safety-sensitive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a swamper on service rigs
Valid oilfield safety tickets
Work Environment:
Oilfield service rig and wellsite environments
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment
Mandatory use of personal protective equipment
