Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Oilfield Rental Company Dispatcher to join our Valued Clients team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is a permanent full-time, local position, ideally suited to an individual committed to operational excellence, strong communication, and client-focused service within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch oilfield rental equipment and personnel to various local projects.

  • Coordinate daily schedules, logistics, and equipment availability to meet client and consultant requirements.

  • Communicate professionally with oil and gas consultants, clients, and internal company personnel.

  • Act as the primary liaison between field crews, drivers, technicians, and management.

  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, job tickets, and operational records.

  • Adapt to changing priorities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and service standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a dispatcher within an oilfield rental, oil and gas, or industrial services environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with oil and gas consultants and clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with company personnel at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency with dispatch systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of oilfield rental equipment and field operations.

  • Experience coordinating equipment and personnel across multiple concurrent projects.

Work Environment:
This position is office-based in Grande Prairie with close coordination with local field operations. The role requires frequent communication with field staff, consultants, and clients in a fast-paced environment.
