Position Type: Permanent Full-time
Wage/Salary Range: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Shift Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off rotation
Hours Per Day: 10 to 12 hours per day, based on operational requirements

Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Field Operator / Gas Plant Operator to join our Valued Clients team at a plant and field operation located approximately 100 km south of Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is a permanent full-time camp-based position. Candidates must reside within three hours of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
The successful candidate will support both field and plant operations in a sweet gas environment and play a key role in safe, reliable production.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor field and plant equipment in a sweet, high-pressure gas environment
Conduct well and facility operations including plunger lift and gas lift systems
Perform three-phase separation and routine production monitoring
Pick pipelines and assist with plant operations as required
Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and minor operational maintenance
Maintain accurate operational logs and reports
Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in oil and gas field operations and/or gas plant operations
Experience working with high-pressure sweet gas systems
Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote camp environment
Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with plunger lift and gas lift operations
Experience with three-phase separation systems
Familiarity with pipeline operations and plant support activities

Camp accommodations provided while on shift
