Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Service Rig Driller to support service rig operations in the Grande Prairie area. This role is suited to an experienced leader responsible for overseeing rig floor operations, ensuring safe work execution, and coordinating crew activities during well servicing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and supervise service rig floor operations

  • Direct and coordinate rig crew activities during well servicing jobs

  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety policies and procedures

  • Monitor well conditions and respond to operational changes

  • Communicate effectively with rig management, crew members, and client representatives

  • Conduct pre-job meetings and enforce safe work practices

  • Maintain operational awareness and control of equipment and personnel

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Rig Driller

  • Strong knowledge of service rig operations and well servicing practices

  • Proven leadership and crew supervision skills

  • Strong understanding of oilfield safety requirements

  • Ability to work long shifts in safety-sensitive environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a variety of service rig operations

  • Valid oilfield safety certifications

Work Environment:

  • Oilfield service rig and wellsite environments

  • Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and heavy equipment

  • Mandatory use of personal protective equipment
