Job Summary
Compiling Daily, Weekly, and Monthly production figures and reports for the processing plant and distributing them to management. Also responsible for providing administrative support to the management. Provide secretarial services for the Processing Department. Perform and supervise assigned projects and specific programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assumes responsibility for the efficient execution of administrative functions.
- Ensuring daily production figures are entered into the production database.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly production reports from the database and distribute to Management
- Provide administrative support when required for both the shipping department and administration office.
- Fulfil the Quality Control administration duties for the processing plant and overall site.
- Manage the product inventory including performing occasional inventory counts.
- Provide secretarial services for department managers, if necessary.
- Produce documents required by the management.
- Obtain and transmit information, if necessary.
- Promote and transmit the corporation’s positive image.
- Assume responsibility for other related, required or assigned tasks.
- Assist other departmental managers as needed.
- Attend training sessions if necessary.
- Attend and participate in assigned committees.
- Perform various office or administrative tasks.
- Ensure that the workspace is clean, safe and well kept.
- Complete assigned special projects.
- Any other related task.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- A solid understanding of basic mathematics.
- Minimum one year work experience.
- Good skills in interpersonal and public relations.
- Any experience in Quality Control is preferred but not essential.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capacities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to assist and coordinate others.
