Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Driller / Rig Manager – Service Rig to join our valued client’s operations in the Lloydminster area. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safe, efficient service rig operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all service rig operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Operate and supervise service rig activities including co-rod operations
Ensure proper use, testing, and maintenance of BOP equipment
Lead, mentor, and coordinate crew members to maintain high performance and safety standards
Complete daily reports, job documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Rig Driller and/or Rig Manager
Valid BOP certification
Valid Class 3 driver’s license
Extensive experience with co-rod operations
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional well servicing certifications
Experience working in the Lloydminster region
Leadership or supervisory training
Work Environment:
Field-based service rig environment with physically demanding tasks
Exposure to varying weather conditions
Requirement to work long hours and rotational schedules as needed
